On your iPod Touch, tap Cydia > Sections > Utilities > QuickUnlock > Install > Confirm. Triple home button clicks from the lock screen unlocks it. Click home button again to finalize the unlock, or open any application. If no action is taken after the triple click for 10 seconds, it locks.
